| Most recently been working in Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) in Saudi Arabia. Working in the organisation, my roles has been co-ordinating change in the entire sectors, maintaining developments and supporting people in MCIT in embracing change process. My role transcended towards ensuring that I am supporting MCIT vision and goals for of the organisation by coordinating the different people interventions put in place. With the organisation being inclusive of different people, the function of the learner was empowering MCIT people in thriving both in a personalised basis and collectively. With an experience of approximately 10 years working as a people practice professional, great insights have been obtained in the strategic workforce planning. Hence, as part of implementing change, working as a people practice professional involve identifying all needs linked with organisation future goals and establishing strategies for ensuring right mix of talents, technologies and employment models. | |
