Past experiences in client-based functions core for having experiences working in collaboration with clients and understand their entire needs. An effective communication and interpersonalised skills are ore for interacting in a confident manner with clients and collaborating with other teams (Terra, 2023). For this role, it demand independence to work when working with clients in a direct manner and working in teams in sales department. Possession of basic numeric and finances handling skills is important to process all transactions. With knowledge for products being desirable, flexibility in working on weekends and evenings is important as the role entail support of clients beyond standardised number of hours.
