Respondents signing an ethical approval form when data is collected from them- In a research, as evidenced in Hesse et al. (2019), it is a requirement to sign the ethical approval and also the consent. For instance, for the various participants in the research, they would be called upon to sign a consent of taking part in the study. Reassurance that names would not appear in the report without their approval- For the different respondents who would be included in this research, their names or any other identifier would not be disclosed to third parties. This is for ensuring that the results does not link direct to specific employees operations.
