Explanation and justification for this rating: Explanation– I am in a position of embracing high standards of ethical behaviours which are core for guaranteeing a trust-based relations, integrity, accountable in entire areas of existence. The outcome of this is being able to harness a fair, mutual respect, responsible an eventually contributing to an improved workplace environment. Justification– A development of ethical standpoints to people practice is core for ensuring a fair-based practice, equality, and mutual respect on the manner in which I am treated. The outcome of this is assisting me in development of an effective decision making which is informed by trust-based relations, being accountable in my organisation and society in entirety. The ethical theories including deontology, consequentialism and virtual ethics for providing varying perspectives on best practice of treating all staff. With some individuals noting that they ought to be treated as mean to an end, others note that treating them ends in themselves

2) In a timeline of 3 weeks, my intention is to be exampling on the diverse perspectives of ethical working practice to guide ethical decision making

How will I evaluate my competence? | I would source the data on peer feedback pertaining to ethical awareness. This is since I spend immense time with peers to make ethical decision. The outcome of this would include an improved appreciation of my individual ethical standpoint amongst all my peers. |

Explanation and justification for this rating: Explanation– Successfully improving my business operations which harness fair-based practice, transparency, overall wellbeing, employee voice, and learning. These contribute to an increased and productivity workforce, increased innovativeness and appropriate results targeted to different stakeholders. Justification– From my possessed awareness level, increasing a fair-based practice and transparency in my organisation is critical as it promote clients and employees trust hence a positive brand reputation and increased loyalty. An improved employees wellbeing increase performance and lower absenteeism scope. Offering staff with an appropriate voice in active decision making increase engagement level and employees satisfaction. Further, L&D approaches are facilitated for improving overall skills and knowledge hence an improved performance and innovativeness for increasing their initial ability.
