What I learned | I learned that different cultures, geographies and professions offer unique perspectives, skills and ways of working that can be beneficial to a collaborative project. I also learned the importance of having an effective communication strategy in place to make sure everyone is on the same page and that the collaboration is successful. I learned to be open to different opinions and perspectives, to value diversity, and to be willing to compromise.
