The outcome of this include improving entities for their successful operations and performance level. Additionally, I possess a feel that as a people practice professional, I am able to harness an increased self-awareness. In all my roles, I am effective in my performance and I can contribute to success in my performance and others in my position. Apart from this, as I move ahead to my career progress, I ensure that I prioritise on work-life balance. Work-life balance is essential for my self-management considering the importance of time for a people practice professional.
