Justification for this rating:

From a broad perspective, considering there is an increased complexity of issues in the business environment, the CPD is essential for improving capability and success in my operations. It is popularly noted that these have been changing over time leading to new complexities directly impacting the organisation success. This is despite ensuring that I am promoting my organisation CPD while offering opportunities for continuous learning and development.

All the identified areas Post-COVID have been changing over time leading to new complexities directly impacting the organisation success. These occurrences are in place despite ensuring that I am promoting my organisation employee voice while offering opportunities for continuous learning and development.

a)    To be able to develop impactful behaviour organisational vision, values and strategies

b)    To attain and maintain issues with business outcomes for myself and my organisation

c)    Being in a place to understand the financial statements and various business practices and use of information for successful decision making

d)    To be in an appropriate placement to set appropriate goals and plan for review

An example: Build my knowledge within the area of business ethics, with specific focus on how HRM professionals contribute to the development of cultures with high standards of ethics.

As  a best practice, the opportunities which I would leverage on to achieve these objectives would include;

·      Initiate regular reading plans and initiating goals which can be attained aligned to vision, values, strategies and planning

·      Developing appropriate plans for acquiring new skills and knowledge for attaining impactful behaviours

·      To engage my peers and colleagues in sharing ideas and insights on different areas of practice

The success of achieving these objectives would be evaluated through;

·      Observing how I am enthusiastic to learn and probe appropriate questions for impactful behaviours

·      Holding regular check-ins on values, vision, strategies and planning evaluation

·      Encouraging myself on entire issues and sourcing relevant support and advice on impactful behaviour

The success of achieving these objectives would be evaluated through;

·      Insufficient time for acquiring fresh skills or completion of assigned roles

·      Costly in implementing tuitions, different materials to be used and entire items for knowledge acquisition

·      Quality issues could be low and insufficient learning process in place
