Justification for this rating: From a broad perspective, considering there is an increased complexity of issues in the business environment, the CPD is essential for improving capability and success in my operations. It is popularly noted that these have been changing over time leading to new complexities directly impacting the organisation success. This is despite ensuring that I am promoting my organisation CPD while offering opportunities for continuous learning and development. All the identified areas Post-COVID have been changing over time leading to new complexities directly impacting the organisation success. | Achieving your development objectives: Opportunities and obstacles | This is essential as impactful behaviours are core for aligning vision, values, strategies and plans. This harness exploration of new solutions and approaches for solving problems hence contributing to efficient and effective impactful behaviours.
