In interacting with my colleagues in my organisation, I receive positive feedback in regard to my ability to engage all being critical in my practice, ensuring all considerations are balanced and a fair-based practice. I am in a position of understanding each individual characteristic, interacting and sharing ideas. The skills used in supporting my strategy in inclusivity include ability to listen, communicate and questioning skills. In implementation of group discussions, I share invitations to all people in sharing opinions, idea sharing and timely feedback offered. In my active practice working in my organisation, the Head of people practice is engaged in C-Suite for discussing main areas which impact individuals and organisations. The function of HR business partnering is working collaboratively with leadership and management for providing insights which are essential for improving sustainability (CIPD, 2023).

Executive Summary
This assignment talks about the effective negotiation of procurement and supply. It includes at the beginning a brief about ROSHN company and its commercial department and what each function’s role. It also talked about the importance of procurement planning that assists in securing the best deals for the company. In addition to a specific category of spend that is commonly procured within the procurement function. Then it referred to the definition of the negotiation and what are the skills that any negotiator must have. It talked in details about the stages of negotiation and the importance of having a preparation stage, negotiation stage, and a post-contracting stage and what each of these stages include from activities need to be fulfilled in order to have a successful project. Moreover, there has been some information regarding the negotiation process within the approval cycle of procurement and how the negotiation is crucial prior approaching the market with a request for a quotation/proposal and what might impact any negotiation process such as PESTLE and Porter’s Five Forces elements. At the end, there has been some recommendations to enhance the knowledge of the current procurement officer at ROSHN along with nominating CIPS courses for any employee works in the procurement department. This report findings identify negotiation plan in procurement and supply management as essential for achieving value for money outcomes and leveraging in property sector where the organisation has based their operations. Also, this report has found that the Post-COVID global economic recession has elicited a reduction in overall performance of the property sector specifically in the real estate. Therefore, for ROSHN, limited resources have been identified as an issue impacting on the organisation success. This inform on the need for a detailed negotiation amongst the organisation different stakeholders to guarantee their continuity in business. The negotiation plan identified in this report is in alignment with various sourcing strategies, terms and conditions and stakeholder relationship. As part of this integrated report, the obtained findings and conclusions inform on the best practice of developing the negotiation plan. This is by following the phases of preparation, test, propose, bargain, agree and close. In all these identified stages, different tools and techniques can be used with all stakeholders relationships enhanced. Further, for achieving an optimum success in negotiation for design services, ROSHN would manage to achieve BATNA and MLA for best resources to be attained. From the findings and conclusions presented, there are different gaps noted affecting success of the negotiation plan. In order to fill the identified gaps, ROSHN can pursue various recommendations. These recommendations include implementing detailed plans with all stakeholders involved. Also, innovation and technology need to be introduced to be part of their negotiation process and successfully merged. An elaborate documentation is also important to be part of the negotiation plan with any conflict of interest mitigated. - The purpose of this project is to evaluate supply chain automation by leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies. The identified technologies include Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) noted as critical for streamlining operations and obtaining value-for-money outcomes. This has been pursued by focusing on Wood Plc.
- To conclude, the generated findings of this report evidence WPC is today adopting the application of iSourcing in their procurement and supply management (PS&M).
- In the current project, through an evaluation of options for automation of the organization PS&M, the findings evidence the existence of different limitations hindering the success of their system. The issues of cost overruns, lack of collaboration, and inefficient supply chain as the organization is expanding its current operations have been noted to include limitations of their current sourcing.
- Success in the automation of their supply chain has been identified to lead to the following outcomes;
- Organisation achievement owing to automation of their supply chain, increased confidence and capability, talent management, and employee competency
- Improved stakeholders relations (a later section of stakeholders analysis) easing the change process. Through the iSourcing improvement, WPC would be in a position of harnessing technical and commercial evaluation processes.
- Increased and robust systems and policies which mitigate overall gaps in sourcing system transformation
- Today, only lower than 10% of the entire WPC resources are used to prioritize automation and IT integration successfully. Automation would improve the use of resources in their operations
- Involve their IT and finance departments to ensure within a period of 6 months they
- WPC needs to consider embracing sustainable practices as part of investing in their Industry 4.0 technologies
- Through the adoption of automation, better communication systems backed by AI and ML would be introduced to achieve 70% increased communication effectiveness.
- It is important to increase this through increasing collaboration and alignment of all their interests holistically
- Partnering with institutions for the provision of capacity development opportunities for the PS&M teams and other organizations for the success of the automation process
- Expanding their sourcing of Industry 4.0 technologies. This is to involve highly reputable global companies hence efficient operations and integration of AI
- Source of support from the government to ensure that they are facilitated in terms of policies and appropriate regulations to guide the automation process.
