Conducting stakeholders analysis is important in the example of 4-days working week implementation. The outcome of this is assisting stakeholders note on their functions based on their interest and power. An example of a tool which would be embraced is the Mendelow Matrix analysis for engaging all the stakeholders while ensuring their inclusion in the entire lifecycle. The communication process would be informed by their expectations and how to manage different incurred challenges. Through frequent performance appraisals process, the employees effectiveness would be evaluated for measuring their commitment and inclusion in their functions.
