In sourcing strategy, suppliers involvement is essential as their interest and power influence their successful inclusion in the organisation sourcing strategy (Dong et al., 2022). The analysis of this can follow the Mendelow Matrix tool as illustrated in the following;

To summarise, in the figure 7 illustration, it is important noting the high-power and low interest amongst the stakeholders include the involved accounts, regulatory teams and KSA administration who need to have satisfaction of the sourcing strategy in use. For the construction and research and development teams, they exercise immense power in the selection of the sourcing strategy. This is by pursuing a holistic analysis of the sourcing strategy being used.
