Considering point 2.3, it is evident I was involved in supporting career fair program in my organisation. From this initiative, my line manager noted I had good skills in implementing the process with collaboration with other members of the team being high. As a result, my team was awarded for leadership in capacity to integrate modern technologies.
Also, considering 2.1 findings, being a tech savvy is a major and important areas for a people practice professional. It is in this case that line manager noted I was highly skilled in use of various communication strategies holistically. Similarly, I possess a feeling that I hold ability of using emails and different communication techniques. The feedback is illustrated as follows;
Feedback from Colleagues
Further, I got a positive feedback from an accountant who is my colleague working together in the set of activities highlighted in section 2.3. My colleague noted that I was best placed to include them in my practice and maintaining strong relations in the overall operations. This was noticeable from my roles as a people practice professional. My colleagues noted that working as a team leader, I was able to appropriately position myself to delegate most of the roles and conflicts which emerge often.
Strengths– I feel that I am appropriately placed to work with others, value their roles and mutually respect their expectations and entire demands.
Considering the Post COVID-19 pandemic economic recession highlighted in section 2.1, I am appropriately placed to go through development programs for my support on acquiring insights for functions execution.
Weaknesses– I possess a feeling that I often dominate and use most of the time to talk hence affecting the overall success of engagement with various players. Also, most of the challenging issues are hard to be managed and delegating of functions.
I am also slow in terms of use of modern technology particularly the one which affect my practice.
Development point– I need to make sure I am improving my overall conflict management skills and level of self-confidence in communicating courageously.
