Solution
Working inclusively– Considering the self-assessment which I pursued, ability of working inclusively is evident. The importance of this included implementing detailed collaboration/team-based working with other existing stakeholders in my organisation. For instance, considering my position working in Saudi Aramco, I ensure I enhance teamwork defined by increased diversity and inclusion successfully.
Based on my colleagues and managers feedback, they identified that I am able to actively coordinate entire teams and make sure there is a detailed communication amongst them. A case example is where in 2021, I was given a reward for being very successful in implementing a team-based remote working plan.
Building Positive Relationships with Others
For my self-assessment outcomes, I am in a position of building positive relations with the rest. I feel successful in regard to implementing interpersonalised skills for the purpose of developing and maintaining appropriate employees relations.
Considering the set of feedback from management and others, they at all times provide positive review on how I manage all the customers.

- By evaluating the ET company, a general contract has been selected which is used in sourcing different products and services in the organisation.
- Through an analysis of the contract, the power distribution and risk of ET and their suppliers has been established. Through the use of statistics and desk research, appropriate findings have been obtained.
- Also, the Supplier Preferencing Matrix, Porter’s 5 Forces and Turnkey Models and SWOT analysis have been used. The findings indicate that the risks and power are significantly distributed amongst the different stakeholders.
